The CEO Roundtable is the flagship forum of the HACR 26th Annual Symposium: The Power of Hispanic Inclusion™.

“We are very excited for this year’s HACR CEO Roundtable featuring two leaders with inspiring careers - rising from mid-level managers to CEOs,” said HACR President & CEO, Cid Wilson. “We look forward to the participation of Janet Foutty and Pedro Pizarro. These CEOs lead by example and champion diversity and inclusion from the front line to the C-suite.”

The HACR CEO Roundtable provides Fortune 500 and HACR Corporate Member companies with a national platform to showcase their company’s Hispanic inclusion strategies in the areas of Employment, Procurement, Philanthropy, and Governance. Participating CEOs connect directly with the audience of influential Hispanic corporate leaders, diversity & inclusion experts, and public officials by providing insights related to their career achievements, sharing their outlook on the current state of the economy, and showcasing best practices for Hispanic inclusion at their respective companies.

Norma Garcia, Emmy Award-winning journalist and anchor from Telemundo 39 Dallas, will moderate this year’s HACR CEO Roundtable for the 11th time. She will engage the CEOs in a fireside chat conversation centered around Hispanic inclusion strategies, the role diversity plays at the different levels of their companies, their philosophies on executive leadership, and the benefits of Hispanic Inclusion in Corporate America.
